Our half knit T-shirt is made of combed 30/1 yarn - 100% cotton. It has a very soft and comfortable touch, with incredible durability. We follow the whole process from the purchase of the yarn, which is carefully chosen by the cotton cultivation data, to the beginning of the production in our factory in Brusque, SC, Brazil. We value quality, longevity, and environmental responsibility in every T-shirt, and that is why we designate our raw material production in the best textile industries in Brazil.
Extremely resistant seams
One of the values of Monte Leste is local labor; we value this very highly. Everything you find on our site is produced by us and in our region of origin. And the sewing of our pieces is one of the main points for each unit to be considered true art. Our T-shirt has regular modeling, with an adjustment to make it a little bit wider. On the collar, we use ribbed fabric with double stitching, reinforcement between shoulders, and the hems of the bar and sleeve are made with three needles, refilling any leftover fabric, making each piece elegant the way it should be.
Print with less impact on the environment
The clarity and quality of our prints are astonishing for many people. The name of the technique we use to put the artwork of our designers on T-shirts is called silk-screen printing. It is a process that generates concern because it cares for the environment. We commit this very important issue. We use more ecological substrates, supplies, and equipment that do not harm nature, we dispose of waste responsibly, and we also find ways to recycle whatever is possible. And so, we get a cool print while caring for our planet.
