Exchange and Return Policy

If Monte Leste products do not meet your expectations or are not as requested, you have up to 7 calendar days from the date of receipt to return the purchase. Please note that the first exchange is free of charge.

It's important to highlight that all returned merchandise must be in the exact condition in which it was delivered — including all accessories, manuals, and any items that are part of the product. The boxes must also be preserved in the same condition. We do not exchange gifts or complimentary items.


Defective Products

If your product is delivered with a manufacturing defect, you may contact us to request an exchange or return. In this case, you have up to 7 calendar days from the date of receipt to request a return.

Please note that Monte Leste will not accept exchanges in the following cases:

  • Wear from use or washing

  • Signs of product misuse

  • Accidental or intentional damage

  • Improper washing or care


Regret or Withdrawal

If you receive the product and decide to cancel your purchase, you may request a return and refund, in accordance with Article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code. As stated in the article, you have up to 7 calendar days from the date of receipt to return the product.

The item must be returned in perfect condition, in its original packaging, with no signs of use, and must include the invoice, manual, and all components.


When to Refuse the Product

All Monte Leste products are shipped following manufacturing and transport standards, with no damage at the time of dispatch. If you encounter any of the situations below, please refuse the product at the time of delivery and contact us immediately:

  • Missing items inside the box

  • Damaged or tampered packaging

  • Package mishandling or crushing

  • Product different from what was ordered


How to Return a Product

To proceed with an exchange or return, contact our customer service channels — preferably via WhatsApp.

At Monte Leste, your product can be returned either through a carrier or postal service (Correios). Once the method is selected, you’ll receive an email with detailed instructions about the return process.

Please note: The exchange or refund process will only begin after the product arrives at our facility. Once it’s received and inspected, you will be notified by email regarding the outcome and the next steps for either replacement or refund.


Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected by Monte Leste, the amount will be refunded accordingly:

  • Credit Card: For credit card purchases, the refund will be processed automatically. Depending on your card's billing cycle, the amount will appear in up to two billing statements.
